Bringing a breath of air from the French Ardèche into the French capital, and covering a surface of 75m², the Melvita ecostore is the perfect showcase for its extensive range of certified-organic, eco-friendly skincare and beauty products.

Priority has been given to natural, renewable, and regional materials: the wood used for both the floor and the display units is PEFC-certified and European origin..

There is an emphasys on good air quality: the paints used carry the European ecolabel and have very low VOC (Volatice Organic Compounds) emissions. The "Green Wall" covered with air-purifying plants, actively contributes to the air quality within the store.

Responsible, energy-efficient solutions have been implemented: Melvita's contract with its energy provider ensures that the store's electricity needs are met by energy produced by renewable sources. Low-energy lighting is also installed.

Water consumption is minimized, thanks to the use of water-efficient equipment and by raising awareness among our teams of the importance of using water carefully.

The cleaning and maintenance products are also environmentally-friendly.
