This honey can naturally crystallise over time, and the white mottling which can come about as a result is not a sign of any denaturing or deterioration.

Melvita packaging: putting the planet first!
Good news! This glass jar is recyclable.
How to recycle it: Once your jar is empty, remove the lid and dispose of the jar with your other waste glass. No need to wash it. Dispose of the lid with your usual household waste.
Why recycle? Sorting waste means recycling waste. It's easy to do and the planet will love you for it! Recycling = preserving natural resources + saving energy + reducing CO2 emissions!
What will happen to this jar? Once the glass has been sorted, it is crushed then melted at a temperature of over 1,500°C. After this operation, the glass can be molded into any shape or form, but it is most often made into bottles. The recycled bottles are filled and packed at a bottling plant. *
